Weekly Rental Rates

• Winter 2025-26 High Season Weekly rate: $1850 USD

• Winter 2026-27 High Season Weekly rate: $1950 USD

• Holiday 2025-2026 Weekly rate: $2100 USD

• Holiday 2026-2027 Weekly rate: $2200 USD

Discount for long term rental, 1 month or more.

DEPOSIT: 50% deposit required at time of reservation. 50% due 30 days before check in.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking, and at least 30 days before check-in will receive 50% refund.

• Cancellations made with less than 30 days before check-in will receive no refund.

• Refunds processed 7 days from cancellation.

Terms and conditions

Must be 25 years of age to rent.

Not suitable for young children under the age of 12.

No pets.

7 night minimum.

4 people maximum.

No smoking.

No parties or group events allowed.

Check in time 4 p.m./Check out time 11:00 a.m.

Guests must register with the BVGR and wear wristband.

Pools are open 8 a.m.-10 p.m. During high season, palapas, deck umbrellas/chairs and pool chairs/tables are available by electronic reservation. See the reception desk at check in for more information. Monogrammed pool towels provided.

Guests must agree to abide by all BVGR rules. Failure to do so will result in eviction.
